Wellness Strategist

Isaac Huddleston is a dynamic therapist, speaker, and wellness advocate dedicated to helping individuals move from survival to strength. With more than 20 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families, Isaac has built a reputation for being both deeply compassionate and results-focused.

As the founder of Mental Toughness Counseling & Mentoring, Isaac empowers clients to develop resilience, increase emotional intelligence, and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. His work spans individual, family, group, and trauma-informed therapy, as well as community trainings and wellness programming.

Isaac’s professional journey includes impactful roles with the Missouri Division of Youth Services, the 22nd Judicial Circuit Family Court, and Youth In Need. These experiences have shaped his practical, real-world approach to counseling — one that recognizes the complexity of trauma, stress, relationships, and life transitions.

Grounded in the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, Isaac helps clients strengthen not just their mental health, but their overall life functioning. His holistic approach supports growth across emotional, social, physical, occupational, intellectual, spiritual, environmental, and financial wellness — creating sustainable change that extends far beyond the therapy room.

A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University and Lindenwood University, Isaac integrates clinical expertise with lived experience, allowing him to connect authentically with clients from diverse backgrounds. He believes that adversity can become a catalyst for growth, and he is passionate about helping others unlock their inner strength, reclaim their voice, and build a life aligned with purpose.

Through therapy, mentoring, and community engagement, Isaac remains committed to being a true change agent — inspiring healing, resilience, and meaningful transformation.
